The Daily Rant 12-31-2009 A strange year indeed.
2009 has been a strange year indeed. We have seen a ‘historic’ election, the government seizing private companies, the President bowing to dictators, and an attack on personal freedoms never before seen in our Nation. We’ve seen tax cheats appointed to cabinet positions, Communists appointed as Czars, and Jesus called a Community Organizer (sick if you ask me.) We’ve seen a $787 Billion pork filled payback to liberal supporters called a ‘stimulus package,’ we’ve seen Socialized Medicine called ‘Healthcare Reform,’ and unprecedented deficit spending called ‘A New Era of Responsibility.’ We’ve seen Banks and Car Companies fail, a declining dollar, unemployment exceeding 10%, and a failed Administration that blames its predecessor for everything! We’ve seen the housing market collapse, a massive increase in crime, and an unprecedented surge in the sale of guns and ammunition. We’ve seen a natural gas (CO2) called a pollutant, abortion called a God given Right and a pervert named as our Safe Schools Czar. We’ve seen conservatives take to the streets across the country in protest; seen the Media call them ‘Tea Baggers’ and racists, and the Government call them radical extremists. We’ve seen packed Town Halls, a million people march on Washington, and a Government that pretends it didn’t happen. We’ve seen the rise of conservative groups demanding accountability and adherence to the Constitution and a Congress that refuses to read legislation and passes Bills under the cover of darkness. 2009, the year the US Government officially turned on its people. Are you having chest pains yet?
So where to now? The nation is in a shambles and teetering on collapse, yet the march to socialism continues unabated. We now know that our efforts to communicate concerns to our elected officials have fallen on deaf ears. Your elected officials in Washington have forgotten the principles this nation was founded upon. They have ignored the will of the people, abandoned the Constitution and disgraced this once great nation. Your representative government no longer represents you. These arrogant clowns have made it clear that they no longer care what you think. This is the same ‘Taxation without Representation’ that our forefathers rebelled against. So what can we do? Whether by the 2010 Election or a recall petition, we have to replace them; we must remove the liberals from power once and for all. Have you met the candidates running against these commies? Why not? Take NY 23 as a lesson and find good candidates now! If your local Tea Party isn’t holding meet and greets with candidates then they aren’t doing their job; find someone who is! Find your candidate for each and every office, and tell everyone about them. Register every conservative to vote, no exception. We need to take every office at every level; from Dog Catcher to Congressman we have to run the lefties out of office. We must stage a massive Conservative Surge; hit the polls full force – no ones sits at home! We must elect conservatives who will represent us then hold them accountable for doing so. Our forefathers gave their blood for freedom, what have you done?

Banned!
Over the past year I have worked to involve as many people as possible in a push back against the Socialists in our Government. I have poked, prodded, and twisted more than a few arms to get people out to the Tea Parties. I have worked with many different groups, regardless of what they called themselves, as long as they were working towards the same goal – a return to conservatism and common sense in Government. I have supported the Tea Party movement and worked daily to expand it. I have tried to follow the age old philosophy of ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend.’ So much to my surprise, I find I have been banned by a National Tea Party Group! Yes my friend, banned! I noticed that our website had received several hits from this group and went to see what sparked it only to receive the following notice:
You have been suspended from Tea Party Nation Sorry, Derrick Waggoner, you can not access Tea Party Nation as you have been suspended.
I have been a member and supporter of this group since the beginning and have attended every Rally they have held, yet somehow I have become the enemy? And we wonder why the Tea Party Groups are self destructing? Am I alone in this? Has this happened to any of you? Despite my requests for an explanation, I have received no response and continue to be banned. After making a few phone calls, I find that this has happened to several others that I know in the movement, all without explanation. I am puzzled; what could I have said or done that they find so offensive? Am I too conservative or too dedicated? Do I provide too much information or too much competition? Is it possible that this group, that claims to support ‘Tea Party Cooperation,’ somehow feels threatened by other groups, organizers, or even their own supporters? How does the grassroots become the enemy of the movement?
Stand tall my friend, one group does not and will not ever represent the movement. A website is nothing without readers and a group is nothing without members. This group’s self imposed isolation will be their downfall, not ours. Stay involved, the goal is too important, the stakes are too high. We are in the most important fight of our lifetime; don’t let the shortcomings of others take you out of the fight. The future of our nation depends on the determination of those who love freedom; that means you.

Victory or Death
I send you my rambling thoughts about another Christmas long ago and in light of our current political situation I can think of no better time to revisit General Washington.
The blood stained trail to Trenton should be kept in the hearts of Americans for all time. Think of it; try to put yourself in their position. The black of night, Christmas Eve, no shoes only bloody rags and burlap wrapped around your feet, staining the snow with blood at every step, freezing cold, starving and an icy Delaware to cross with an army waiting on the other side. The courage shown by the men who made this country free makes all we have done to bring the last bastion of freedom to her knees an act of treason on our part. Their sacrifices transcend space and time to this point in our nation’s history. I can hear the echoes of their souls calling across the chasm of 230 years, asking me what have I done or what have we done to insure freedom for the next 200 years and all I can whisper back is precious little. I do not send this note as an attack on anyone other than myself, so do not misunderstand, I only send it as a reminder that I / we owe a debt that cannot be repaid, that we hold the deed to the greatest nation on the planet, the last best hope for mankind and we have not been good stewards. Good men have stood idle and tyranny has taken hold. If we intend for our children and grandchildren to live in freedom we must throw off the chains of slavery that have been slowly forged around our necks for the last seventy odd years, all the way back to the great depression, the new deal and the loss of the gold standard. Now is the time to stand in the gap, tyranny can go no further. I pray that this nation can be healed in my generation’s time, so that my children can know freedom and peace. I fear that if this moment in history gets away, if good men continue to do nothing, if the ship of America is not soon righted; then 200 years from now school children will be singing the praises of some green world leader and the glorious rebirth of planet earth. But somewhere back in the recesses of the minds of those children the whispers of freedom will be faintly heard along with a curse on us asking why we did nothing, why did we let the only free nation on earth slip away. Those men who followed General Washington across the Delaware that Christmas Eve so long ago, believed with all they had in Victory or death. I would not deserve a seat at their table, would you? Guest Rant - A Letter to the Editor by Terry The Daily Rant 12-25-2009 To the Editor Christianity There are a couple of points I think should be mentioned. We live in a troubled world that seems to want to control our every move, but really doesn’t care how people suffer because of the controls put on them. America was founded on Christian principals by great men who wanted the people to live free of government interference. Democracy is a fragile Ideal that depends on people to lead our country in the way that our forefathers wanted, by living with the Constitution as the hallmark to make decisions so that we may live as we want without government controls, and interferences. To worship any Christian religion of our choice, to decide for ourselves what is best for us, and our families. The federal government was set up to protect us from outside interference, and to help with natural disasters by having a military second to none. Congress is to levy, and collect taxes, coin money, establish roads, and create the post office, makes rules for the regulation of land, and was intended to prevent waste, and fraud, and to protect individual rights. The president, according to the Constitution, must preserve, protect, and defend the constitution. He is not supposed to tear it apart, and stomp on it! Our Founding Fathers set up a government that would be lean, and not raise taxes frivolously, and intended to be small. Our government was never meant to operate, and control every aspect of our lives. That includes all federal programs that give to people that could help themselves! I personally think we could help people that through no fault of their own, be it physical or mental problems, who cannot provide for themselves. But when people are in need of help, our forefathers wanted, and intended the churches, and communities to provide that help on a temporary period, until the unfortunate could provide for themselves again. But the government decided to take it upon themselves to help, by taxing the workers, and giving that money to people that don’t really want to work! We now have tens of millions of people that have lost their will, and self dignity to work to provide for themselves, and their families. This was caused directly by the Democratic Party, to buy votes with taxpayer’s money, starting in the early 1930’s, and escalating ever since. Thomas Jefferson said “Our government needs the basis of Christianity, otherwise it will fail”. All our founding fathers believed in God, and all believed in Gods divine will, that America be founded a source of freedom, including that of religion! Organizations like the ACLU and other non-Christian groups are wrong in their claim about separation of Church, and State. Our government was based on Christian values, but didn’t want to pick one denomination of Christianity to dominate over any another Christian church, like so many European countries governments that controlled what denomination was to be worshipped back in the 17th century, and continues today. Our governments, local, state, and federal, have these inscrutable ideas that they know best just because they were elected. They say we can not show any religious beliefs in public, or on public property. The Constitution does not say they are prohibited, only that they are not just from one Christian denomination over any others! The Christian faith has been pushed aside by our government, and people that want to promote other forms of life styles in its place, they want to raise up the people that do not like us, and want to harm us. Without our Christian Faith, and Heritage, we will wither on the vine. We must come to our senses, and rebuild our country in the way that our forefathers intended. Government should not make any mention that Christianity is against the law, but make Christian churches, and the national anthem, and the pledge of allegiance something to be proud of, again, and mean it. Our national flag means more then just a flag; it represents freedom, and pride in our country. Millions of soldiers fought, and died, or were wounded to make our country what it was meant to be. Free. We must bring back Christian values as a cornerstone, the foundation of democracy, to insure continued prosperity, freedom, and liberty, because without the church, we will not have a chance to survive! 12-23-2009
Fluffy is killing us all!
If you listened to the radio show last night you’re already aware of this story, but I felt it important enough and humorous enough to yammer a bit more about it. This is a little story and probably won’t be covered by the media giants, but it’s the lunacy behind it that’s the real story. A husband and wife from New Zealand have written a book titled “Time to Eat the Dog: The Real Guide to Sustainable Living” in which their Liberal Psychosis is simply shocking. These very sick individuals (remember Liberalism is a disease) have come out blasting the carbon footprint of your dog, cat, and even goldfish. Yes, according to these loons, Fluffy is killing the planet.
Now, in spite of the title the authors do not actually advocate eating your dog, but they do advocate having a pet rabbit instead so you can eventually eat it. According to their research, your dog’s carbon footprint is greater than that of a full sized 4x4 SUV including the energy to manufacture it. Did you catch that? So if Fluffy is the real problem, why hasn’t Al Gore come out blasting pet owners? Will we have to purchase carbon offsets for our dogs? Where is the Greenies’ outcry against PETA? Where are the green protests against dog shows or the 4H Club? Was Michael Vick just really trying to save the planet? Has everyone completely lost their minds?!?!
Consider this for a moment; if all this so-called ‘Carbon Footprint’ research is accurate, and it’s not, the actions of all these Eco-Warriors have been completely misdirected. If CO2 is really the big bad guy that they claim, and they were really trying to save the planet, wouldn’t they be taxing or even banning the family pet? Well, if it was really about the planet then wouldn’t they have to do something about the harmful effects of man’s best friend? So why haven’t they? Simple really, banning pets will not allow them to take control of the energy industry nor would it justify a worldwide redistribution of wealth. Wake up people, the whole green movement is just a scam playing on the fears and ignorance of today’s Liberals. CO2 is not a pollutant and the whole Climate Change agenda has nothing to do with the environment and everything to do with money and control. Question everything! Fight back - use their own ludicrous claims to discredit their agenda. Liberalism is a disease – fight for the cure!

While the Senate continues to work feverishly to destroy America, with a clearly unconstitutional Healthcare Bill, it is important to realize the very real problems of those who are doing this. Liberalism is a disease, and the symptoms are frightening: race baiting, finger pointing, name calling, delusions of grandeur, integrity deficiency, denial of history, impaired honesty, hearing loss, large shoulder chip, weak spinal cord, factual distortion, and a complete lack of morals. Wow, where’s the campaign for a cure? Considering the recent actions of these clowns Jerry Lewis should be holding a telethon!
The realities of this disease are very real and very destructive and action is needed now. Let’s take a look for a moment at the recent statements of Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, a badly infected Democrat from Rhode Island. Senator Whitehouse made the following statement on the Senate Floor regarding Republican opposition to the Senate Healthcare Bill:
“Why all this discord and discourtesy, all this unprecedented destructive action? All to break the momentum of our new young president. They are desperate to break this president. They have ardent supporters who are nearly hysterical at the very election of President Barack Obama. The birthers, the fanatics, the people running around in right-wing militia and Aryan support groups, it is unbearable to them that President Barack Obama should exist.” Watch the Video
Folks this is a US Senator, speaking on the floor of the United States Senate, the advanced stages of Liberalism are clearly evident! This poor man is clearly suffering and he needs your help! Ask yourself this, have you ever seen a worse case of denial? Oh no, the opposition couldn’t be from hardworking American Patriots, no it must be a bunch of loony right wing racists! Obviously anyone who wouldn’t want to lose their freedoms or refuse to bow down to the Great Obama must be a fringe radical! Clearly this man is sick and displaying numerous painful symptoms.
How does an infected person like this get elected in the first place, is it through some kind of government program? Why do the media giants refuse to even cover this debilitating affliction, are they also infected with the disease? Where is the outrage? Where is the public outcry? Where is Doctor Phil or Doctor Drew rushing in to hold an intervention? The inmates are running the asylum and Nurse Ratchet is on a rampage! It’s time for an up rising, ‘Don’t you want to watch the game Chief?’ Regardless of race, creed, religion or economic background, let us all come together as one family and focus on the cure. Taking out the trash.
Under cover of darkness, in the shadow of the holidays, your elected officials have moved us one step closer to Communism. If you recall, this whole push back against this government began because they were introducing policies that were anti-free markets and anti-American. We set out to voice our displeasure, to let our Senators and Representatives know we were opposed to these actions; they have ignored us. We have held rallies, written letters, made phone calls, sent faxes and emails – only to receive a form letter back if anything at all. We have made our opposition known, and they have made it clear - they don’t care. Their actions have made it clear that they do not fear your vote.
Now, make no mistake, many of these clowns will be out campaigning soon for re-election – make sure you’re right there to assure they fail. They are counting on the short attention span of the American people. They are counting on legions of deranged Kool-aide drinking liberals to rush to the voting booth. They are counting on government handouts to buy your vote. They are counting on a third party candidate splitting the conservative vote. They are counting on infighting among the Tea Parties to weaken their effect. They are counting on your growing frustration taking you out of the fight. Will it work?
Those who flocked to the polls last year for that ‘historic’ election will not be there in 2010’s off year election. Many of those people had never voted before and are simply clueless to the importance of this election. Government handouts certainly won’t buy my vote and I hope it won’t buy yours. So that brings us to the Tea Parties and other related groups, what will happen there? The infighting among some of these groups is shameful and distracting, but should not be allowed to detract from the message. Are there some bad apples in there; yes there are, but that doesn’t mean you burn down the orchard. These groups can and should be used simply as a vehicle for disseminating information – nothing more, nothing less. They have successfully brought critical issues to the attention of many who were simply unaware. They have engaged and involved thousands who were never before part of the process. They should now be bringing candidates together for open debates, but stop short of endorsing anyone - that decision is yours. I have been very involved with the Tea Party movement, and there are thousands of great people there, but they should NOT be a third party. Look at history, a Conservative 3rd Party candidate will simply split the vote and insure the Dems maintain their grip on power. As for frustration, buddy I feel your pain. I have personally been struggling with this a great deal lately, but I will not allow it to take me out of the fight. I’m going to continue to be involved with several of these groups, and I will be involved in the upcoming primaries. I will continue to fight and will continue to involve everyone I can. I will continue to loudly bark my displeasure to anyone who will listen. We may not win every fight, but I certainly won’t forfeit; I won’t sit quietly on the sidelines. How about you my friend, will you allow them to win without at least putting up a fight? 12-18-2009
Poke ‘em in the eye! Everyday we hear the left jabbering on, pointing their fingers at anyone who isn’t drinking the Kool-Aide, and claiming their President is doing such a great job. The left spreads their propaganda at every opportunity and it’s time we fight back. Everyday I scour the web looking for articles on the Tea Party rebellion and on nearly every article I find, regardless of the forum, the lefties in there commenting away. I was reading one such article this morning about some Tea Party folks who hired a plane to fly an anti-Obama banner over Washington and was simply sickened by the comments following the article. Now granted, the article was posted on a propaganda site known as thinkprogress.org so I fully expected the comments to be left wing dominated, but I did expect there to be at least a few conservative ones. I’m sure you have observed these same short bus riding liberals posting their drivel to Fox News articles, so why aren’t we countering them on the liberal sites? Why do we let them get away with such postings unchallenged? The lefties actively seek out conservative sites to attack, but we haven’t fought back – it’s time to hit them in their own house. Notice a few of their comments:

Now tell me you couldn’t have had some fun countering these little commies? I did notice one conservative in there fighting back and it drove them absolutely nuts! Facts are irrelevant and often confusing to liberals, but they do keep them distracted for a while. I would suggest we select a few of these sites to go after every single day. Celebrate the holidays responsibly, kick a liberal twice day.

Remember, if it comes out of this Administration, it’s a lie. The government is telling us the economy is growing, but how can they tell, how can anyone tell? They have dumped so much money into the economy that it is nearly impossible to tell what is really going on. Now if you remember, in an attempt to prove the recession started earlier than previously thought, liberal analysts removed the effects of the Bush Stimulus from the 2007 GDP numbers. So are they applying the same diligence with the Obama Stimulus? Have they eliminated Cash for Clunkers, and ‘Shovel Ready Projects’ from these economic numbers? Of course not, so how can you accurately compare these new numbers with those of any previous quarter? Simple, you can’t, unless of course you are intentionally trying to skew the results for political reasons. Bingo! This so called jobless recovery is a farce. Businesses continue to cut back, reduce inventories, and slash jobs. Open your eyes and take a look around, have you seen a turn around in the economy or a continued decline? These Liberal clowns are lying to you again and think you’re too stupid to know the difference. Our government is racing towards bankruptcy while claiming ‘everything is fine!’ They nearly tripled the highest 1 year deficit ever, but plan to spend even more next year! They’re claiming fiscal responsibility while spending like drunken sailors (no offense to drunken sailors.) No one, and I mean NO ONE, with even a shred of common sense would buy into this load of garbage. Break out the pitchforks people; it’s time to take back your government. Thanks for reading! Derrick

Is that crickets I hear?
Boy it sure is getting quiet out there in internet land during the holidays. Everyone is busy running around shopping like fiends, planning parties, and probably spending way too much money. You are understandably a bit distracted right now and your unscrupulous Congress is counting on it.
While you were at the mall spending your money, the Democrats in Congress are hard at work – spending your money. The $1 Trillion Socialist Healthcare Bill is slugging its way through the Senate while Obama is trying to destroy our energy future with a Global Climate Change Agreement that would prove even more costly. With the budget deficit standing at $292 Billion just 2 months into the fiscal year, the Dems in Congress want to raise the debt ceiling another $1.8 Trillion! That’s a lot of zeros folks, the number is simply staggering. The Dems in Congress know (or hope) that this will cover their outrageous spending through the 2010 election year. That’s right; they don’t want to have to bring this to the floor next year when they are trying to campaign as fiscal conservatives. Mark my words – you will hear these same spend happy Dems declare their firm commitment to reducing the deficit. However if you do the math, at the current rate of spending, they will create an additional $1.75 Trillion of debt by next September – right on plan, just shy of the election. I wonder who they will try to blame all this debt on.
Prepare yourselves now for what will be one of the nastiest campaigns in recent history. Some swing state Democrats are already declaring their intention NOT to run for reelection, expect a lot more. This will get ugly, the primaries will be hard fought and voter turnout will ultimately decide the future of our nation. This thing is too important to sit on the sideline, enjoy the eggnog, but never forget what’s at stake.

The nation is in the grip of an early cold snap and a massive snow storm has blanketed the East and Midwest; so where’s that Global Warming they keep talking about? Oh but be careful, they’ll be calling you a ‘Flat-Earther’ if you dare question the validity of ‘Climate Change.’ Make no mistake, our pseudo-President is a devout follower of the Global Warming Religion and is threatening to destroy our economy in the name of advancing it. Global Warming is the new Religion of the Left and like Muslim Radicals they will destroy anything that stands in their way. Think Global Warming isn’t a religion? Well let’s see, it is a belief or faith in something that you can’t see, touch, taste, or prove scientifically, but you follow it devoutly and are willing to sacrifice deeply for it. The big difference here is instead of the Torah, Bible or Koran; they have Al Gore’s ‘Inconvenient Truth.’ Yes my friends, the Obama Administration has established Climate Change as the official Religion of the United States Government and they are forcing their beliefs on you. They are telling you what to drive, what to eat, how warm to keep your house, and even what light bulbs you can buy. They are exalting the prophets (Al Gore and his legions of unwashed hippies,) and reigning hellfire and brimstone down upon the sinners (the working middle class.) Hey, where’s that separation of Church and State the liberals are always talking about?
If Global Warming was based on such solid scientific findings, why are these people so fearful of any data that does not support their findings? I thought science was supposed to be based on the objective analysis of all available data? If the supporting data is so strong, why were top climate scientists falsifying data to advance the cause? If there is such a strong consensus, why have over 30,000 scientists come out in opposition of the theory? Oh, and since when did consensus equal fact? In the past the consensus was that the Earth was flat, the Sun revolved around the Earth, and Tiger Woods was a stand up guy.

They said it was historic – they were right!
A huge wave of people swept into Washington back on January 20th to attend the ‘historic’ Inauguration of Barack Obama. We have been reminded repeatedly what a historic event this was and what a great day it was for our country. Well, for once they were right, this Presidency is indeed historic. According to a new Gallup Poll Barack Hussein Obama now has an approval rating of only 47%. Why is this significant, because this is the lowest ever for a President at this point in his presidency. Did you get that? Barack ‘The Great Messiah’ Obama is less popular than any other president at this point in their term. Lower than either Bush, lower than Clinton, lower than Reagan, lower than any of them! Obama’s approval is dropping like a rock, and due to his own incompetence, will continue to do so. Let me remind you that immediately following this historic election, James Carville put the nation on notice that the Democrats would hold power for the next 40 years. Do you think Mr. Carville might have been a bit premature?
So what is the problem, why is he struggling in the polls? Well, here are just a few reasons for you: Jobs are being lost at a blinding pace The US Dollar is spiraling downward as the deficit explodes. Cap & Trade – Support for Global Warming Hoax Socialized Medicine Amnesty for Illegal Aliens Tax Payer funding for Abortion Acting ‘Stupidly’ Failed Foreign Policy Michelle Obama Apologies for EVERYONE! Abandoned Allies Dithering in the Middle East Czars Joe Wilson! Massive expansion of Welfare The Teleprompter Cabinet full of America hating Socialists Take over of Private Industry Green EVERYTHING! Mortgage Bailouts Tax Increases Failed Stimulus Bowing to EVERYONE!
Barack Obama’s policies and priorities are vastly different than those of the American people. Old Barry continues to push his healthcare program that polls clearly show the people do not want. Commie boy really blew it with the Afghan war speech where he alienated both sides by pledging fewer troops than requested, expanding the war instead of withdrawing, and announcing a surge and a pullout in the same speech. This incompetent Administration is out of control and flying by the seat of their pants. Considering this disaster of a presidency you might think he would have an even lower rating, well he does, with those of us who pay attention! Spread the word people, the real battle has just begun.

Bounties offered for digging up dirt? A proposed new ‘Global Tax’ on financial transactions? The White House is fudging numbers again? These people have completely lost touch with reality! Instead of sending Tea Bags to Washington we should have sent straight jackets.
The Administration, as well as Dems in Congress, now wants to talk about jobs. Yes jobs, you know those things the $787 billion stimulus failed to create? Under pressure to finally do something, the White House has decided it wants another stimulus, but where oh where to get more cash without drawing criticism? Wow, all of a sudden the TARP program won’t cost nearly as much as previously thought, amazing! Now they have another $200 billion to waste on useless liberal programs! Yippee! Am I the only one who finds the timing of this a bit suspicious? Not to mention the legal issues of using that money for anything but reducing the deficit created by the TARP program? Oh, and while we’re at it lets put a big tax on financial transactions, that will surely create jobs, right!?!?
Want more proof of liberal insanity? A liberal group known as ‘Velvet Revolution’ has offered $200,000 for any dirt you can dig up on Chamber of Commerce CEO Tom Donohue. This group of left wing loonies claims that this business organization is a ‘right wing extremist group’ and they want to knock off that evil CEO. OK, so because they don’t like this guy, they offer a bounty for any potentially embarrassing information against him? We can’t even see Obama’s school transcripts, but this is ok? Charlie Rangel was busted red handed yet remains in power, but let’s dig up some dirt on this guy? Has everyone lost their minds?
Still not convinced that these idiots have crossed the line? Well, Harry Reid came out yesterday claiming that those who oppose Obamacare are no different to those who fought to preserve slavery. Personally I think Reid has finally cracked. The rewriting of history has become a trademark of the Democratic Party and this is no different. I think we need to remind Mr. Reid that it was a Republican President that went to war to end slavery. Maybe Harry needs to be reminded that it was the Democrats who tried to filibuster the Civil Rights Act of 1957! Maybe we need to send these jokers some history books! Joe Wilson was raked across the coals for saying the President lied (and he did), but Reid can call everyone racists without repercussions? Reid needs to immediately be removed as Senate leader.
The Democratic Party has sunken to levels of distortion never before seen in a free society. They shamelessly lie to us and the so called ‘media’ swallows it all. They have now proven beyond any doubt that they can not be trusted. When you see a Democrat open their mouth, know that what comes out will be a lie. When Obama, Reid or Pelosi make a statement, be assured that the opposite is true. Challenge them on everything, they’ve had their chance at the helm and wasted it pandering to Socialists. Never again elect a Democrat, never again.

Incompetence runs amuck.
Anyone remember M.C. Hammer? Anyone notice a similar theme running in the White House? Before you think I’ve gone off the deep end, stick with me for a few moments. Hammer was a nobody who exploded on to the scene in 1990 and became an overnight success. Instead of working with experienced advisors in the industry, Hammer unwisely brought in all his buddies from the old neighborhood. At his peak Hammer owned a $12 million mansion, 17 luxury cars, and had a staff of 250. Hammer’s inexperience and reliance on incompetent advisors led him right into failure. By 1996, despite making $30 million from one song alone, Hammer was $13.7 million in debt and declared bankruptcy. Now, let’s compare this to our current Administration. A young inexperienced politician is shockingly elected to an office way above his competence level. This young mans rise to power is declared ‘historic’ and he shares his new found fame with his buddies from the old neighborhood. This young man fails to surround himself with experienced advisors and the results are as expected. His old buddies, loyal as they may be, are unprepared for the responsibilities they face and their incompetence becomes apparent for all to see. Valerie Jarrett, Rahm Emmanuel, Cass Sunstein, Arne Duncan and others lead this young man towards certain failure. US Presidents throughout history, regardless of party, have wisely appointed advisors with vast experience in their area of expertise. Let me ask you this, do you ever remember the Secret Service being called incompetent? Do you ever remember an Administration repeatedly releasing reports that are full of erroneous numbers (jobs report), but stick by them anyway? Do you ever remember an Administration sending out a press release with multiple spelling errors? Do you ever remember an Administration that pretends not to notice the 1.2 million protesters outside their window? Do you ever remember a President trying to appoint half a dozen tax cheats? Do you ever remember a president spending more time with David Letterman than the General he selected to run a war? Do you ever remember Military Cadets sleeping through a Presidents war speech? Do you ever remember a President afraid to open his mouth without a teleprompter present? Do you ever remember a President spending so much money, but have so little to show for it? This Administration, in all it’s incompetent glory, better enjoy the ride while they can because ‘Hammer Time’ will quickly come to an end. How long before the ‘Hope & Change’ campaign becomes ‘Too Legit to Quit?’

"Abortion is a God Given Right" In case you didn’t catch it, Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) teamed up with the ‘Reverend’ Carlton Veazy to attack the Catholic Bishops, and the Right to Life Movement. Veazy claimed abortion was a ‘God given right’ while DeLauro said the Stupak Anti-Abortion amendment was a ‘stain’ on the House Healthcare Bill. Are they even living on the same planet as us?
I am outraged that anyone would use the cloak of religion to claim a "right" to commit murder! First of all, the "Reverend" Carlton Veazy of the RELIGIOUS Coalition for Reproductive Choice is heading up a purely political organization under the guise of religion. That is an outrage in itself. But to audaciously claim that the rights of the pregnant person is more of a right than an unborn child's right to life is asinine at best! He defends the right to end life in the name of Religion. How twisted is that?!!! This article inadvertently points out that the protesters seem to be more upset by a fear of losing abortion funding in the HealthCare bill than anything else. This rally was staged with SEIU and Pro-abortionists, and D-Rep DeLauro who, referring to the Conference of Catholic Bishops said, “They choose to hold comprehensive health care reform hostage to the abortion issue. In doing so, they not only used a dubious rationale that puts even their own federal funding at risk. They failed their fundamental obligation to help the poor and heal the sick.” So here she attacks a genuine religious group who isn't concerned with funding, except where it concerns loss of life! Veazy goes on to speak for all religious people by stating "We the religious community...” It seems the real religious community has an adversity to abortion and murder at the same time, because of the God Given right to life! God did not create us with a "right" to kill, but gave us free choice. In an attempt to manipulate the free choice issue, pro-choice people distort and warp the choice they make to take a life, by attempting to regulate and fund infanticide.

We certainly don't want any of those poor little Taliban terrorists to get hurt or killed now, do we? Heavens no! Hey, idiot, this isn't a game. Our men and women are dying in the Middle East while you sit on your hands. You continue fly all over the world where no one respects you or wants to see you. Why don't you and Michelle My Bell go take Air Force One to Iraq and Afghanistan for a little date? You seem to both want to be world travelers on the public dime. Why don't you add a little danger and spice to your worldwide "tour de Soetoro"? By the way, anointed one, why did you change your name from Soetoro to Obama? Was that to try to escape the birth certificate thing? You really had a captive audience Tuesday night. Wonder how much these poor Cadets were paid to sit there and listen to your hot air and rhetoric. You talk about prosecuting CIA for water boarding terrorist subjects. I say you should be jailed for torturing innocent academy students by forcing them to sit and listen to your anti-American propaganda! Comrade Obama – the speech.
I don’t know how many of you watched Mr. Obama in prime time last night, but there were some interesting aspects to the speech. First of all, although I’m sure they were there, the Teleprompters were not clearly visible on the broadcast video. Mr. Obama has never been able to speak anywhere without his beloved teleprompters, but there was an obvious effort to hide them from view.
Something else I found interesting and very telling was how often Obama paused for the expected applause that simply didn’t come. Several times it was painfully obvious that the audience was prompted to applaud and did so reluctantly. Whenever the camera panned the crowd you did not see an enthusiastic group of Obama supporters. These young West Point Cadets, the future leaders of our military, seemed either disinterested or even downright disgusted. President Bush often delivered speeches to a military audience and received a rousing response, Obama – well not so much.
Finally, the content of his speech was utterly disgusting. Yes, Comrade Obama announced he would indeed send more troops to Afghanistan, but only 30,000 instead of the 40-80,000 requested by General McCrystal. If that wasn’t enough Obama then set an 18 month deadline for withdrawing US troops! Get that? Hey Taliban, no worries, we’ll be out of here in 18 months! How foolish is it to tell your enemy your long term strategy? Even if that is your goal, you don’t tell your enemy, how stupid is that? So imagine Joe Taliban riding around on his camel, towel on his head and strapped full of explosives hearing that we’re leaving in 18 months – he just won! Mr. Obama just handed the Taliban victory in 2011.Gee, all he has to do now is lay low till we pull out, then he can walk right back into power. Obama just won the support of radical jihadists around the world. Watch for ACORN to start voter registration in Afghanistan.

Even the best things go bad if they are allowed to stagnate.
What have you been doing lately? Have you become frustrated with attempting to call your elected officials? Are you tired of emailing these clowns and just getting a form letter back? Are you tired of yelling at your TV? Have you had enough of Congress ignoring your pleas for common sense and sanity? Well, you’re not alone my friend. The rallies have been helpful in growing the movement and drawing media attention, but Washington remains arrogantly defiant. These engrained politicians are convinced we will soon tire of the fight and just go away. We must prove them wrong. It’s easy to get frustrated doing the same thing over and over and getting the same lack of results. It’s time for a new strategy, a fresh approach; time to take this movement to the next phase. It’s time to stop asking our elected officials to vote a certain way and time to demand it! As Eric Odom said, “It’s time to put down the protest signs and time to pick up the political signs.” It’s time to layout specific demands for our employees! Those who take our demands seriously, those who follow the will of the people, will earn our support. Those who ignore the people and continue to pursue their own agenda must face more than our wrath, they need to face unemployment. They must face a challenger of our choosing in 2010 or even a recall petition today! You have more power than you think! You can take this fight to them and hold them accountable. From dog catcher to Senator, no one gets a free pass. My friend Rick, from SmackontheWeb.org has been working feverishly to organize a rally at our State Legislature. This rally will be more than just speeches and sign waving, this will be the forum for presenting our demands to our State officials. We are currently engaging Tea Party Groups, Rotary Clubs, Tax Groups, Church Groups, and others in the hope that they will stand with us and so far the response has been excellent.
So why am I telling you all of this? It is my hope that you will start the ball rolling in your area. One rally in one State can only impact that one State. If each and every state brings this kind of action to bear, our impact grows exponentially. Take what we are doing here and modify it to address the issues in your State. The vast majority of these Washington thugs started in their State government; let’s start weeding out these clowns before they get to the national level. What if Barack Obama had lost his race for IL State Senate? Let’s reenergize this movement, we have the wind at our backs, lets make it count!
