The Daily Rant

December 19th, 2011

I would never vote for that person!

I’m becoming seriously concerned about some of the comments I’m seeing here and elsewhere that ‘I would never vote for this person or that person.’ I’ve actually seen lots of comments that this or that GOP candidate is ‘just as bad as Obama.’ ‘If my person (whoever that may be) doesn’t win, I just won’t vote in November.’ Seriously? Read more...

Message of the Week

Realistically the field of GOP candidates will shrink, possibly sooner than later; so where will you take your stand? Bachmann, Cain, Johnson, Huntsman, Perry – all gone; who will go next? In my humble opinion Santorum will drop out next as his lower poll numbers will eventually limit his financial contributions and inhibit his ability to continue. Logically Ron Paul would be next (he’s not even going to Florida,) but he has a different agenda and will stay in to the bitter end unless he decides on a Third Party run. The way I see it we are down to 3 choices: Romney, Gingrich or Obama. Think hard; choose wisely.

Derrick

Quote of the Week

"I believe every American of every background has been endowed by their Creator with the right to pursue happiness, and if that makes liberals unhappy, I’m going to continue to find ways to help poor people learn how to get a job, learn to get a better job and learn some day to own the job."

Newt Gingrich
